My Hisense dehumidifier turns on and seems to be working but it does not extract any moisture from its environment. I don't know who to call but this happened before and I called somebody from Hisense who had me turn it off and restart it in some way that made it work for quite awhile. Can you hep me?

the hose is connected and clear but still fills the bucket and the dehumidifier shuts off from high water level in the bucket . It worked last year the the hose is clear. what other possible fixes should investigate.

I would like to use the gravity drain tube with my dehumidifier but the bucket still fills up and turns it turns off. there are no kinks in the line and the drain is lower than the dehumidifier. any suggestions?
