Supply Chain Specialist (50%-100%)

For our Supply Chain Department, we are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated and interested in working in Supply Chain Development in a fast-evolving environment to support our growth.

The Supply chain Specialist at Nextkidney SA, will be responsible for specific procurement activities and providing support to the supply chain/logistics management. This role will be a supporting role.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Responsible for specific day-to-day operational activities for supply chain and procurement (including purchase orders). Track orders to support ensuring on-time deliveries.

2.Provide support to sourcing RFQ process and supplier selection.

3.Inventory coordination, QC samples coordination with our quality department.

4.Coordination of planning, processes, results, projects and objectives with management and administrative areas

5.Responsibility for warehousing operations, delivery KPIs management and reporting

6.Support to master data management and ERP implementation.

7.Coordination of projects and sub-projects in collaboration with other functional departments and external service providers

8.Support shaping and acceleration of supply ramp-up and dual sourcing activities.

9.Monitor compliance and adherence to procedures and supply management frameworks.

Specific responsibilities

1.Identify and define opportunities for supporting actions to optimize supply chain resilience and performance (end-to-end supply chain)

2.Support and work to improve supply chain process and reduce costs (COGS).

3.Support procurement risks management and security of supply achieving quality, cost, lead times and delivery requirements .

4.Prepare and evaluate bids/RFQ in order to determine the lowest total cost.

Languages:

An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.

Education and experience

Qualifications

·Advanced degree in supply chain or procurement

·Qualification in Business and/or engineering and/or Supply Chain Management

Experience

·At least 5 years’ experience focused on Medical/MedTech supply chain, and working with ERP Software:

•ERP

•Direct Procurement

•Demand / supply planning

•Warehousing / distribution / shipping

•Logistics / Inventory Management

•Purchase Order management

•Supply chain finance operations

•Digitizing supply chains

·Strong experience in the area of supply chain/logistics at international level

·Relevant experience focused on medical devices ideally for dialysis. Experience working in ISO 13485 is a plus.

Desirable:

·Experience in Supply Chain as a specialist or coordinator.

·Work experience for multiple years in Switzerland in Pharma, Biotech, or Lifesciences
