- Flour—Regular all-purpose flour.
- Sugar—A mixture of brown and white sugar will give this cookie pizza a light caramel flavor.
- Butter—Melted and cooled to room temperature.
- Egg—At room temperature.
- Vanilla Extract—Just a splash will help to round out the super sweet flavors in this dessert pizza.
- Baking Powder— Causes your M&M cookie pizza to properly puff in the oven and keep from overspreading.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is dessert pizza made of?
There are lots of different ways that you can make a dessert pizza! Some people opt to make a fruit pizza by topping a graham cracker crust with a sweet cream cheese spread and some sliced fresh fruit. Others choose to make a chocolatey dessert pizza like this M&M cookie pizza.
Can you bake with regular M&Ms?
Absolutely! There is no need to search for or buy any special M&Ms at the grocery store to make this giant cookie pizza. However, feel free to use any type or flavor of M&M that you like. From mint to peanut to pretzel, any flavor of M&M would work well in this pizza cookie.
Will M&Ms melt in the oven?
No. The hard candy shell on the chocolate candies will keep them from melting in the oven. However, you should be aware that they sometimes will crack. Unfortunately, there’s not much that you can do about this.

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line an 8-inch cast-iron skillet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
