Five Star Vienna Sausage Casserole (1974)

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 16-ounces cut green beans, drained
- 16-ounces kidney beans, drained
- 16-ounces butter beans, drained
- 16-ounces pork and beans in tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 10 ounces Armour Vienna Sausage in Beef Stock, drained, cut in half lengthwise
- Onion slices
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine beans, horseradish and seasonings: pour into 10- by 6-inch baking dish.
- Arrange sausages, cut side down, over beans.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from oven.
- Separate onion slices into rings; overlap rings down middle of dish.
